Big O Tires

I needed an inspection on a vehicle I was thinking about buying. I have known the manager (Dave) for many years and I trust him with my vehicles. On this occasion, Dave was out, so I dealt with one of the employees at the front desk whose name is Jake. I wanted to bring to your attention Jake was very professional in his dealings with me and did a great job on all I asked him. I hope you would pass on our commendation of great customer service Jake gave us. We are thankful to be able to deal with honest, courteous people such as Jake.

I got a text showing it's time to rotate my Tires - I was in an out in 20 minutes.

Zak is great! Very professional, Always helpful, friendly, goes the extra mile. You don't see that much any more. Also the mechanics always do a good job, I've never had an issue with any with any work done to any of my vehicles.

I would say mainly it was the professionalism of the staff and the great selection.

Had to get new tires quick. In and out in less than an hour.

I was able to walk and ask for price on something I need and got the quote right away. I was will to wait until the weekend when I would had more time but they were able to get me in that day and same me time overall.

I have been a BIG O customer for years. Dave and his crew are the greatest. They are courteous and caring and perform their duties with competence and commitment. No complaints.!00% satisfaction each and every visit.

I always have brought my cars and families cars and our cars are taken care of. Everything is explained so we understand and if there was a major issue it was brought to my attention right away. Been coming here since 2002

I have used Big O for years and have found the managers like Dave Ackerman in all stories are honest hard working men.

I only use Big O to service my car. I appreciate the guys there. They treat me with courtesy and respect, they are always super polite and take great care of my car.

Great group of people, the associate Rob was a great example on how to care and treat your customers/ military. The whole team was able to help tremendously with info and assistance.

Made every effort to get the problem resolved. Even when I had to return.

They were unable to do the service required, but were honest and said they couldn't. The only problem we had already paid for the service and we had to wait almost 60 days for a complete refund. However, the staff was very cooperative and worked with us to get that refund.
