Big O Tires

I needed an inspection on a vehicle I was thinking about buying. I have known the manager (Dave) for many years and I trust him with my vehicles. On this occasion, Dave was out, so I dealt with one of the employees at the front desk whose name is Jake. I wanted to bring to your attention Jake was very professional in his dealings with me and did a great job on all I asked him. I hope you would pass on our commendation of great customer service Jake gave us. We are thankful to be able to deal with honest, courteous people such as Jake.

The employees are very efficient and always greet everyone with respect. They care about the customer. Very friendly and informative.

I got a text showing it's time to rotate my Tires - I was in an out in 20 minutes.

They are honest and friendly people who prioritize the needs of my car. They’ve never tried to up charge me, they’re honest with what they recommend and they always show me the issues on the vehicle so we know how to best move forward. It’s a great team.
