I had an issue with new tires purchased from Big O. My tire was going flat and I went in to get it repaired. They took my vehicle in the bay within a couple of minutes upon arrival. I took my van in to be winterized, and the technician found a few other problems that I had mentioned, and asked him to look at. Yes, some of the problems were expensive, but not unexpected. As he explained to me, and he took pictures to show me, my vehicle was in fairly good shape for an older vehicle, and as many miles as it has on it, and this repair would ensure that it last me a good long time. I appreciated their exclamations and their friendliness, and will continue to use and recommend their services.

Took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation, on a weekday, late in the afternoon and my truck was ready in less than 45 minutes. Dave's crew is always on their game! Keep up the great work!

They were very friendly and it was a Saturday. They close early on Saturday and are not open on Sunday. They did not know if they could get it completed before closing and they did. They called right before closing and waited for us to get there.
