Big O Tires

Service was professional and quick. It was a Monday afternoon around 2:30pm and I only waited about an hour and a half for 2 tires.

Was able to get the car in and out quickly. Always friendly!!

Always take my vehicles here. Only complaint is they always lose/forget to put my chrome air cap covers back on. This last time they left my window cracked in the rain.

I have been going to Big O since I moved to the Fountain area and they have told me when I went for service what I needed and have saved me $ by being honest when I thought I needed a service it turned out I reallly didn't. Honesty and integrity matter and at Big O they have it!

Some delays but overall good service

I don't understand why Big O Tires has the option of scheduling an appointment and/or sending an email when neither seems to work. Otherwise I am a dedicated Big O Tires patron. Thank you.

Service was completed and repairs were made. Now my truck runs so much smoother.

Great service: Even with it being very busy on Saturday, Dave and his crew did an excellent job on my car and in a timely manner!

When I went in for an oil change around 2pm, I did not get out until 4. Hours later. When they started to put the oil in, they hollered "smoke break " the reason I stopped there is that for each time I have gotten good and fast service. This day I was in a lot of pain which I understand is not your fault but thought I would have gotten faster service. The. Older gentleman was ahead of me and also said he had not seen it this way before and they were awfully slow yesterday. He said that he didn't know if he would come back or not either.

First thing i saw upon getting to the counter was a mechanic smoking in the bays. Asked to have a cap put on a tire because it was missing, had to remind them.

Had a nail in my tire & even though it was busy they took care of my car as fast as possible. Not only did they fix my flat but they checked the rest of my tires as well. I only waited a little more then an hour. When weather is bad more people seem to have issues.

I went in with a screw in the sidewall of my tire to see if it could be repaired it could not and I bought two new tires. The team was very helpful but appeared to be very busy. I requested to keep one of the tires as they were new that the good tire be put in the car this did not happen. The wait area and restrooms were very stylishly updated, comfortable and clean. They didn't have my tire in stock I asked how long until they could have them in-store and was told about 45 minutes this was 12:30pm we were finally fitted and tires balanced 2:45pm. I was disappointed in the wait time as we were traveling with a young child and pet in tow. I would like my tire back that wasn't put in the car o my return trip.

The crew at Big O in Fountain always satisfies, been going there for years.

I have dealt with Josh Gillott several times with new purchases and repairs, every time he comes through with outstanding customer Service and takes care of the customers to the highest degree.

Not satisfied, waited too long for an oil changed and had to return to the shop to have my computer reset to 100% for the oil reset. Too long.

I've been buying tires at the same store for 40 years now and this is the first time that I have ever had to come in and put a down payment to order the tires. Even though I had just been approved for a Big O credit card. Seems like it's all about the money, not the service so now you're just another tire store and I'm just another customer. Very impersonal
