Big O Tires

I have used Big O,at this same location for years. At least 10 years, well this time they did not put my center hub cap on securely so I lost it sometime between leaving the shop and getting home. So now I must buy a new hub cap.

Josh was great he was was knowledgeable and very attentive

I went in on Tuesday and they were busy, so I went in again on Thursday and they got on it right away. First come first served is great when you go in at the right day and time.

I have been doing business with this store for several years: tires; routine service and major repairs. I and my wife are ALWAYS treated with respect and courtesy. There service, whether a minor oil change or a major repair, is always done promptly and at the best price (We check around.) I never need to worry about unneeded repairs being recommended and the job, big or small, is ALWAYS done right the first time.

Had a stud replaced they did it quickly and within a hour had my vehicle back

I have been a customer of Big O for about 25 years, I still highly recommend Big O to family and friends

They may make mistakes but they always make it up to me and that is why I only go to Big O

Dave, Joe, Josh and all the technicians take pride in their work and always demonstrate a courteous professional demeanor. Dave has developed a great team!

Big O puts great coupons in the circulars that are extremely competitive with near by service centers.

Fast & courteous service every time. I found if they can't address my particular issue, they can usually refer me to a reliable alternative.
