I was pleasantly surprised with my visit here on 11/16/19. All the basic work on my car is typically done by my stepdad but after an accident back in January my alignment was off. I called around noon to get an estimate and the guy (I'm sorry I forget his name) was very nice, told me the alignment would be 79$ for all 4 tires (cheaper than les Schwab which told me 109$) and then he kindly let me know I might find a coupon on their website (which I did, 20$ off). I told him thank you and that I would probably be in shortly then and he said great see you soon. It looked busy when I got there around 1 and was worried if they would have time since they close at 4 on saturdays. The guy at the counter assured me they would have time, gave me a time estimate (about an hour to get it in, then 15-30minutes to get it done) and the timing was almost exactly what they said. They honored the coupon even though it only said Denver and CoS locations and so I only paid $66 to get all 4 tires aligned. Great service, great people, and the lobby was nice and comfy!

Everyone was very polite and willing to answer all my questions. The tires I purchased weren't in stock but local enough to be picked up which was great! I will definitely return for my next tire purchase.

I took my car in for and oil change. The techs were very friendly and answered some questions. They were very professional. Even though I went in at a busy time of the day they had my car done in a reasonable amount of time.

Jake was very helpful and very knowledgable. He took his time explaining my different options and also helped me with finance options. I walked away knowing I was in good hands.

I can count on them to give a honest answer on the work need and explain the options for repairs or the need to replace a tire

Excellent customer service. Joshua, James and the other Big O employees went above and beyond. While my car was parked, a tow truck driver backed into my car. Even with several witnesses the towing company would not take responsibility. The employees jumped right in and helped me out. Thank you so much. Great store, great prices and great customer service.
