Big O Tires

I called in ahead to the shop to see what the approximate amount of time it would take to get me in and out with an oil change/tire rotation. At the time I called the bays were clear and the individual estimated about 45 minutes, I proceeded in which took about 15 minutes. I ended up waiting for more than an hour before I decided to check on my vehicle. It had not even been pulled into a bay. Rather annoyed I spoke to the individual at the counter and inquired why. First he apologized then explained that several vehicles got ahead of me before I got there. Without ANY excuses he proceeded to the bay, recruited the necessary help and assisted on the service himself. I was quite impressed with this young man (I wish I got his name, young dark-haired kid, shorts). The customer service and follow up was textbook and I wanted to pass along a favorable recommendation for this individual and the store in general.

Employees are always friendly and ready to answer questions. Service is always professional and I appreciate the value. Big O takes good care of my families vehicles.

A standard service center in the Fountain Valley area that all those that live in the area should take advantage of and use there knowledge to provide car care services.

Their always great, I can pull up and get air with no problem and service immediately, Tires are not too expensive! Always polite, if there’s a problem, they consult your options with you and figure out a good price that works for you! I’ve bought snow tires and am now buying two tires for my 20” aftermarket rims! They’re really great!

Service is provided by a friendly and efficient staff from the front desk to the mechanics doing the work. This year is my first time dealing with Big -O and I will continue to do so.

I have been dealing with Big O since the mid 80’s. First in Montana, then in Nevada and now in Colorado. No matter where I was at Bis O has been the best. All of the people I have worked with were great.

Great and courteous service, this is the place for me to go to for tires

I called them about my temperature gauge and thermostat issue and they took my car in in in one day and had it repaired.

A couple of days ago, my wife and I were ready to travel the 900+ miles home from Colorado to Minnesota and started driving and our low tire pressure light came on. Stopped at a gas station and tried pumping it up and it didn't hold the pressure and then I found a sharp metal object buried in the tread. Asked where a good tire shop would be and they said BigOTires in Fountain. So we drove over and they were super friendly at the counter and when the service guy came out to inspect the tire. They said they could patch it, so I gave them the keys and we went into their customer service lounge and enjoyed coffee and TV. Used the bathroom (super surprised at the cleanliness. Anyway, after about 10 - 15 minutes, Joshua (the counter guy) came in with the keys and invoice and I looked at the invoice and it said $0.00. Couldn't believe it... friendly service... fast service... good service... and FREE TOO?!?! We drove home, happy and confident. Thanks to Joshua and the crew at BigOTires for helping us on our way!! Would highly recommend them.

I have used Big O Tires for years. This experience was different only in that I went during a time of day when they weren't packed with customers. I have always received friendly and professional service from this store (which is why I always go back) . This time however, my service was quicker just because of the time of day I happened to visit.

10 stars if possible and will continue to refer anyone. I had 3 vehicles that needed attention at the same time unplanned, worst weather and all of us work in different directions. I brought my daughters vehicle down first after she slid on ice causing high monetary steering and suspension damage and was not drivable as well. Words cannot explain how empathetic and compassionate Dillon and the crew made me feel through the process. I know shops get busy, parts are hard to find on a newer or older vehicle but Dillon going above and beyond to take care of it as soon as possible is the reason I will always be back with all 3 vehicles and know they all have our best interests at heart. Every time I called the other gentleman that answered the phone asked me or my daughter if they can help, etc. My father owned a Transmission, differential, transfer case shop for most of my life and became a automotive service advisor because of my raising and they didn't even know!! Long story short being a woman that has been in this business for years without them knowing, gave them my business and can say PRICELESS!! They offered finance options, different tire options and treated us like family. My daughter got debris in her tire after installation and was in and out getting it repaired at last minute of the day last week . I'm writing this because shops have a bad reputation for ripping people off, etc. Again, you never know who is on the other side of the counter and Big O is going to show you why safety and being a customer is important. If it's a oil change or major repair go see for yourself why the Red Sign glows and has been for years. Thank you again from my family to yours.
