Big O Tires

I always bring my vehicles here and as usual they did another great job! I asked about getting new tires since I thought it was time but they advised me that my current tires had plenty of life left! Thanks guys!

Well the first thing I would say is thank you for taking me in without an appointment. I noticed my tire pressure low on my vehicle and then after further inspection I noticed a nail. So I took my Mercedes to a big o tires. The clerk up front told me it would not be a problem taking me and said we will fit you in.

In happy I stopped at Big O. Knowledgeable friendly staff. My truck never been so quite while I'm driving.

They found the problem quickly and repaired it quickly too.

These are my go to guys every two months for my families vehicles. I have immense trust in Dave and his team.

I am very pleased with the service I received on Friday May 4 in Fountain Colorado. I went in for a flat tire, which was not fixable. I was informed that my two front tires were needing to be replace as well as the tire that was flat. They gave me a deal on a full set and offered me a discount on the alignment once it was determined that I needed on. They were respectful and nice as well as helpful. Once the car was done and I left, I realized that the inside driver door handle was broken, which it was not when I brought it in. I called and let them know and they said to bring it back in to be fixed. I will definitely be back.

Best shop in town! My experience with Big O in Fountain, for the past 15 years I have been coming there, has been professional and pleasant. I send all my fleet trucks to Big O. I do however miss Dave sometimes.... Nonetheless, if there was one thing I would change, it would be the parking and ease to get into and out of the shop. It seems the parking situation and the ability to mobilize around is getting more difficult which takes more time for us to get our trucks in and out quickly and back on the road. However, Josh runs a great shop and is always accommodating to me and my company whatever the situation may be. His people are fantastic too. Ryan, Adrian, James, Jesse, Rickey, Robert are super knowledgeable people. They always are happy and fun to watch going on about their daily activities. It is a well oiled machine to say the least!! Service is great here. Got new winter tires and asked them to load "summer" tires in back. Each tire was wrapped in a plastic bag to keep interior clean. Much appreciated!

My sisters car needed repair. As she has Aspergers syndrome, she can be testy. Brett and Jake were a Godsend in dealing with them over the phone from Georgia. They really take care of her anytime she’s has car issues. I appreciate them so much.
