We will always use this location for our vehicles. Enough can’t be said about the service we get from Zac and both Jakes. They are always there to take care of us and they treat us like we really matter. Even when things don’t always go as planned, they do everything they can to help us.

I like dropping my vehicle off and having the confidence that it will be done right.

I have been going to the Big O in Fountain for 2 years. I am very happy with the service I get there. Zack and Jake are wonderful. They always go above and beyond in making sure my car is taken care of. Everyone is friendly and professional. The store is always clean and well taken care of.

Oil change, tire rotation and pressure check. They informed me of the rear brakes needing done soon and even gave me an estimate. (My only concern is that when I got into the car there was grease/oil on the carpet floor mats, they need to clean their shoes when they drive the car in and out for service.)

I have been using Big O tires for over 40 years I have never had a problem. There the best.

I had two cars for service.One for oil change and tire rotation, left it and they called when firished, faster than I expected.Other I had a bad TPSM that was giving false readings, they replaced it and everything working great.Highly recomend.

Love the store. The people are all hard working. They always try to accommodate people. I’ve seen on many occasions when they have squeezed people in for service when they were already swamped with work.
