Big O Tires

I came in for a tire rotation and an oil change. When I asked what kind of wait I might have I was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour which was fine with me. I was told by the service person they are a tire shop and not a service shop. It makes me wonder if I should bring my car back for anything beside tires

Service person was friendly, then came to explain the wheel alignment check and then friendly and smiling when I checked out. Friendly and good customer service are something that is important to me.

I had been to the Big O at Fillmore street in Colorado Springs 2 weeks earlier with wife's car. I had appointment, and waited 2.5 hours! I was really upset. I tried this Big O for my car without appointment. Car pulled into service bay 20 minutes after I arrived, and the car was completed in under the 1 hour wait that I was promised. Dylan, service manager was very friendly, and I told him I'm back at home with this Big O for good.

We use Big O in Fountain CO all the time. Due to Colorado Spring's awesome roads we have flat tires and nails/screws in our tires all the time. Big O is ALWAYS fast, efficient, friendly, and helpful. I now take ALL of my minor car work to them.

I made an appointment online and was called to confirm within ten minutes. Everyone was incredibly friendly and they were able to knock out the patch on my tire quickly. I’ve never patched a tire and was prepared to pay for a new tire walking in. They could have taken advantage of that to make a buck but dod the right thing with a smile on their faces. This Big O will be my service location for as long as I live here.
