I have been doing business with this store for several years: tires; routine service and major repairs. I and my wife are ALWAYS treated with respect and courtesy. There service, whether a minor oil change or a major repair, is always done promptly and at the best price (We check around.) I never need to worry about unneeded repairs being recommended and the job, big or small, is ALWAYS done right the first time.

They did a fine job of getting my tire repair down as fast as they could even with limited staff.

I have been a customer of Big O for about 25 years, I still highly recommend Big O to family and friends

I have used "Big O", in Fountain Colorado for several years on numerous occasions for the government vehicles in my fleet during my tenure as the Fort Carson Transportation Motor Pool Fleet Manager and for all my personal automotive requirements after my retirement from government service. Dave, Joe, Josh and all the technicians take pride in their work and always demonstrate a courteous professional demeanor. Dave has developed a great team!
