When I need service they go above and beyond. I have been coming to Big O for many years.

I have been using Big O Tires on Fillmore for many years. I am a satisfied customer.

It’s easy to get an appt get in and out and they call to get approval for additional costs

They completed everything I need done within the time they said it would take.

Having been a Big O customer going on 30 years, I've never, not once been dissatisfied with the customer service or products. This is a new location for us, but some of the same staff and management. Stephen was fas fantastic both in dealing with a set of tires that we only got half of the rated miles out of and finding us a better suited set of tires for our vehicle. Service install was as timely as it could be , and I'm extremely satisfied.

Had an oil change, new air filter, tires rotated and changed my air in for nitrogen!

my car runs great now, could not have been easier to get it in, price point was exceptional, & customer service from Stephen Clark was phenomenal!

I have used Big O on Fillmore for over 20 years. They have always done a good job with tires, oil and serviced several of or Subaru's. I am always greeted by name and they give us a fair deal to the point my daughters that live in Denver come back and buy tires here. I refer several friends to this Big O and know other friends who also shop there

I take that back, I was neither satisfied nor dissatisfied, the tires I bought were $90, buy three get 1 free and it still ended up being WAY over $300 I understand labor/mechanism needs to be paid, but for my car to sit there for an hour and 10-20 minutes then serviced for 10 minutes. That's way too much for the service charge. $460. Total. Dissatisfied. I'll keep shopping around for my next tire service

The guys are awesome, they work with you on anything that is going on with your vehicle. I get oil change service on three vehicles, tires on 2 of those And new rims on the 3rd.

I have been a customer for over 20 years at Big O Tires on Fillmore. The guys are always helpful, understand your budget and how to best get your car or tires taken care of. David, Scott and Allen have been there for years and really take a personal interest in your tires and maintenance issues. My kids drive down from Denver sometimes to get service done here!

Jeremy was very friendly, explained it all very well. Was checked in very fast compared to other tire shops I go to. Quoted me a time and got a call around that time so the communication was nice. Check out was easy peasy. I usually always go to discount tire but due to this visit I will most likely return here for my tire needs. Thank you.
