Big O is really close to my house and it’s just easy. Staff is open/honest about the products they have and what is best for my needs.

First time at the store and was treated very nice. They were very helpful with the tire selection process. Very satisfied and will definitely recommend to my friends.

The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The communication is great. The experience is completely transparent and you do feel valued as a customer.

Great experience. I was looking for a place that my mom could call her mechanic home and David's expertise and care has put her mind at ease. I'm looking forward to her being able to call or go by with her car maintenance needs and concerns.

I stopped in with a tire problem without an appointment. Spencer went out of his way to fit me in a schedule that was already full. He was able to find me a tire for less than $100.00! I had another service done a few weeks later, again I have never had such polite, respectful, and professional service. I am telling friends for sure!

I was there for about 3 hours on Saturday. I chose to wait for a tire fix, rotation and brake inspection. I then chose to wait for new tires and clean and adjust on the brakes. I'm not really complaining about the time it took. What you might consider is over estimating the time it will take and then beating that time. You also might consider a bit of a spruce up outside. For example, you have a banner on the roof that is so faded that it can't be read from the road. Fillmore is slowly getting better as far as looks and quality. Don't get left behind.

Steve our associate is awesome!! He had recommended Toyo tires on my husband's truck in the fall when he needed tires and loves them, so we went with the Toyos for my Escape. Steve ALWAYS gets us in quick, the best pricing possible and is hilarious to talk with. We service our 2 vehicles, plus my parents vehicles at this Big O and won't go anywhere else! The team does great work, is always friendly and helpful. It's no wonder they are the busiest Big O in town.

I am new to Colorado Springs. I came to the Fillmore store with a construction long nail in my tire. It entered the face of the tire at a sharp angle and exited through the sidewall. They repaired the hole- I didn't need to buy a new tire(s). Though I've purchased tires from Big O many time before; I did not buy these tires at this location. When I went to pay for the repair- they said it was free. I was dumbfounded- but you can be sure when it's time to buy new tires- I'm going back to that store!

The customer service was excellent, the price good and getting an appointment was easy.
