I had a flat tire w/a set of tires previously purchased at Big O in Woodland Park. Brett immediately looked at the tire, assessed the problem, and provided some solution options. He was knowledgeable, attentive, thorough AND kind! How awesome is it to do business with someone who has those attributes? Thank you, Brett, and thank you to your exceedingly skilled team for getting me back on the road in a timely manner with extremely competitive pricing. Consider me a highly satisfied customer! You guys rock!

We always deal with Big O--they are neighborhood and all the guys are polite and friendly---they have even repaired a tire on my truck (nail) at no charge and the tires weren't bought there!---So we prefer to do business there and support a local tire store----Last--I always try to remember to drop off 2 or 3 dozen donuts around Christmas time for the guys----no complaints--we love these guys!-Len and Sue Bentley P S --I 've had a couple small businesses myself and I know your greatest asset is: TRUST -without it you will have NO businesses to offer------we TRUST the Big O on Fillmore!

People were friendly and professional. Duration was as expected. They said my breaks were good but I could do a fluid flush. Much, much less than I expected.

Mike was also very helpful in explaining my oil leak diagnosis. He also picked me up to return to the dealership to get my car when I didn't have a ride. I always depend on THIS LOCATION for Big O. The other locations especially the one off Austin Bluffs, are NOT reliable at all.
