We always deal with Big O--they are neighborhood and all the guys are polite and friendly---they have even repaired a tire on my truck (nail) at no charge and the tires weren't bought there!---So we prefer to do business there and support a local tire store----Last--I always try to remember to drop off 2 or 3 dozen donuts around Christmas time for the guys----no complaints--we love these guys!-Len and Sue Bentley P S --I 've had a couple small businesses myself and I know your greatest asset is: TRUST -without it you will have NO businesses to offer------we TRUST the Big O on Fillmore!

Service is done quickly and correctly. No hype or over selling. Waiting area is clean and comfortable. Quick service, friendly staff, and a great value add up to a fantastic experience.

Mike was also very helpful in explaining my oil leak diagnosis. He also picked me up to return to the dealership to get my car when I didn't have a ride. I always depend on THIS LOCATION for Big O. The other locations especially the one off Austin Bluffs, are NOT reliable at all.

He was knowledgeable, attentive, thorough AND kind! How awesome is it to do business with someone who has those attributes? I've been an impressed customer for many years, and all my tires needs have been met by the Filmore Big O. We are on the second generation now, since my children are customers also.

They took my vehicle on time of the appointment and had it done a couple of hours later when I came to pick it up.
