They were willing to install the control arms I had purchased. They were down a mechanic and told me it would take an extra day. In doing so, they took an hour off of the labor fee- I was very grateful for that.

Stephen was amazing. His entire crew is amazing. Great customer service. The only issue I have is something they can't fix but may be good for business lol. The construction in front of the store makes them look closed, and it put a hole in my old tires AND I believe in my brand new tires. I plan on taking my car in on Monday, however, I am more than confident they will correct the issue. I originally went there to buy my husband Duratracs for his truck but left with a set of BF GOODRICH AND rims. I wouldn't have had it just been Stephen giving excellent service. It was frustrating getting there because of the construction and these guys made all that go away.

At the fillmore location, Brett and Kayla had full transparency when communicating the process of my fixes to my vehicle including but not limited to, what they recommend and why, how long the process will take, reassuring me of their techs work and the costs, "which was more than reasonable "!

I have done business at Big O for some years now. David always took great care to see I was pleased with either my purchase or repair. I have met Scott the new manager and he is going to be just like David.

I also appreciate the time provided explaining the problems and solutions. your advise has been very helpful. about the only concern I have is whether or not I am being provided all the discounts offered. it seems unless I ask for them they are not given. I also wonder if I am getting all that are offered. ie if there is an oil change offered and I am also a veteran or aaa or whatever am I getting both?

Scheduled an appointment online. Next day was told there were none in-store. Waited 4-5 days then received a call for an appointment. Appointment went fine; normal tire change.
