Everyone was friendly and helpful. I did schedule on line for 4:00 but when I got there they did not have it as a confirmation but were very willing and helpful to get me in so I di not have to come back!

The associates (Jake and the girl with long blonde hair) were extremely friendly. They went out of their way to get me in for a brake inspection outside of normal hours (to work around my work schedule) , explained the quote in detail, and were able to squeeze me in for an appointment that weekend. In addition, the timeliness was unlike other experiences I've had. Originally I was told that it would take about half a day to replace my brakes so I dropped my car off at 8:00 a.m. expecting to pick it up around noon but received a call at 9:45 that my vehicle was done! When I went to pick up, the lady at the front recognized me and was ready to check me out. This was my first time using this Big O Tires location and it absolutely won't be my last!

Great job by Cameron and crew. Got an estimate 05/29/2018. Took my 2004 F150 in 05/30/2018 for struts, front brakes, rotar's , break flush and shocks. Price was good and appreciate the military discount and one the shocks were free too with a promotion. Great work, timely service, and also appreciate the shuttle service. Will come back again for more service!!!

I was cautiously optimistic coming to this store for an alignment because my experience at Brakes Plus did not go smooth. This was my second attempt at getting an alignment done and this time I was pleased that Big O did the job I asked without making any excuses not to do the work or trying to up sell me on things I didn't need. Great job!

They were willing to install the control arms I had purchased. They were down a mechanic and told me it would take an extra day. In doing so, they took an hour off of the labor fee- I was very grateful for that.

At the fillmore location, Brett and Kayla had full transparency when communicating the process of my fixes to my vehicle including but not limited to, what they recommend and why, how long the process will take, reassuring me of their techs work and the costs, "which was more than reasonable "!
