Steer clear of this business... they do not do authorized repairs! Shoddy is the name of their game.

Everybody in the store is friendly and always very helpful.

Allen, David and Scott are great. Always very helpful and very prompt.

Scott and Alan and others are superior personnel, very personal and professional. Thank them both for all their help. This includes the owner and any other personnel.

Stephen was amazing. His entire crew is amazing. Great customer service. The only issue I have is something they can't fix but may be good for business lol. The construction in front of the store makes them look closed, and it put a hole in my old tires AND I believe in my brand new tires. I plan on taking my car in on Monday, however, I am more than confident they will correct the issue. I originally went there to buy my husband Duratracs for his truck but left with a set of BF GOODRICH AND rims. I wouldn't have had it just been Stephen giving excellent service. It was frustrating getting there because of the construction and these guys made all that go away.

I have done business at Big O for some years now. David always took great care to see I was pleased with either my purchase or repair. I have met Scott the new manager and he is going to be just like David.

I appreciate the courtesy of taking care of nancy's problems. your personal service is excellent. I also appreciate the time provided explaining the problems and solutions. your advise has been very helpful. about the only concern I have is whether or not I am being provided all the discounts offered. it seems unless I ask for them they are not given. I also wonder if I am getting all that are offered. ie if there is an oil change offered and I am also a veteran or aaa or whatever am I getting both?

we use you for all our vehicles for years, the best thing is that we know we are safe when we leave and never feel ripped off.

I found lowest price online for a spare replacement, and this location honored that plus a military discount on top. They ordered overnight and had done next morning early as predicted. Everything went just right

Everyone is always friendly and willing to take on what is needed. I have trusted my family vehicles with them for over three years now, and I would suggest new customers speak with David and/or Scott, both super good dudes!
