I have to say that I was very disappointed this time at the Fillmore Big O Tire Store. It was almost an hour before my car was pulled into the stall for a simple Oil Change and I had made an appointment with them for the oil change. They asked me if I wanted my tires rotated and I said yes please and I have no idea whether that was done or not. It was not indicated on my ticket. I also asked them to look at my struts that were just done by another auto mechanic at another location, because my struts felt stiff and my car is riding very rough. They just don't feel right. I was told that ALL of my struts were leaking and that was the end of it. I felt like they could have inquired with me about how long ago I had them put in or at least maybe even offer to replace them for me and at least I know I would get quality work from Big O. Granted, I had already paid someone else to replace the struts already and the job was obviously unsatisfactory, I may have considered Big O for the challenge of reinstalling them. My husband and I have been Big O customers for many many years and the management at this store now seems not great. Big O traditionally has always been about the customer service and I wasn't getting that. When I paid for my oil change the manager the whole time I was writing my check, kept yawning like I was boring him or he was done with the day and super tired. I probably will not go back to this Big O Tire Store in the near future and will not recommend them to my friends. We have 2 vehicles, so that's 2 more not coming back to this location. I guess I felt like there could have been so many missed opportunities at this store and great customer service like we used to get.

Made a 2:00 PM appointment to have my Big O tires rotated and have the alignment checked. 3.30 PM my car is still setting on the lot. What good is it to make an appointment?

Placed a order for tires, the rep stated he personally called the tire manufacturer to make sure the tire would be here by a certain date , also rep stated tires had to be made. The date came and gone , no tires. Called Big O only to be given false information. Called the tire manufacturer whom stated they do not have a contract with big o and no calls were received. 1000 plus in rear tires and big o did nothing but lie and take our money. Do not do business with Big O!!!

I took my Jetta in for a tune-up before moving state and I was very disappointed.From the moment I left my car was misfiring..It had never done this before.So I took it to my local Big O in my new town.. 3 of the 5 coils were bad and needed replacing.Another $200 bill to fix what this shop was supposed to inspect DURING the original tune-up.Maybe it was because I am a woman, maybe because they knew I was leaving town, I don't know, but I am furious.Don't go to this shop! I'll be coming in with my recent bill and demanding a refund!

After my last dealings with so called manager David I will never set foot in the store again even though I was a customer for years because of Scott Koldenhoven I am done too many bad encounters

After several years as a loyal customer and having multiple vehicles I have put new tires on both for me and family. I am done with Big 0. You get a big zero for the way I was treated! I went to you a few days ago with a car that I wanted an alinement and 2 new FRONT tires on, the front tires were within a useable range of wear, but I wanted new ones. I was aware of your practice of putting the new tire on the back, but I specifically ask that they be put on the front. I offered to sign a document to that effect if needed, but the salesman said "no problem we will put the new tires on the front for you". Well 2 days later I noticed that the left front tire was low on air so I came in to your store to have it looked at. A different salesman than the one who sold me the tires says " this tire has a puncture that is unrepairable and you need a new tire" I said alright give me a new one since I just bought 2 new ones on the front and they are under warranty. This salesman says, "you didn't buy those tires on the front from us" and I said yes I did and he informed me that they had put the new tires on the rear as was their policy and had moved the tires from the back to the front! The exact opposite of what I was paying them to do! I was told if I didn't like it to take my business elsewhere! So, I drove across the street to Discount Tires where they quickly repair the "unrepairable" tire and rotated the other tires as I had originally requested that Big O to do. Your salesmen both lied to me! That 2 for 2 and I am NOT happy you have failed a former loyal customer!

Great job by Cameron and crew. Got an estimate 05/29/2018. Took my 2004 F150 in 05/30/2018 for struts, front brakes, rotar's , break flush and shocks. Price was good and appreciate the military discount and one the shocks were free too with a promotion. Great work, timely service, and also appreciate the shuttle service. Will come back again for more service!!!

I was in your store last week because my check engine light came on. You said you fix the problem and its still doing it. I being come here for over 14 years. This has been the worst service I have receive.

I was cautiously optimistic coming to this store for an alignment because my experience at Brakes Plus did not go smooth. This was my second attempt at getting an alignment done and this time I was pleased that Big O did the job I asked without making any excuses not to do the work or trying to up sell me on things I didn't need. Great job!

It is unfortunate that you have given up on scheduling appointments. It may sound great that you can come in without an appointment, but the advantages go out the window when you show up, are told to wait two hours and then you end up spending four hours waiting for the work to be done. Perhaps this is good for your business, but you will be losing mine. I'm hoping with other Big O Tires are still as good as you guys used to be. My advice: start scheduling appointments or you will be losing more customers.

I was told that I was given all the coupon discounts. Then I showed another coupon and was told O I must have forgot that one, ha, ha. I did not believe my sister when she told me that her brake pads were put in backwards a few years ago. She had to crawl back a few hours later and they were put on correctly. I now believe her from my last experience. I waited 6 hours for a simple oil change. I was told I might have to wait until another day at the closing of the company. All the cars that were there before me were gone. Even the cars after me were not there. It was closing time I was almost out of luck. I said after 6 hours you need to change the oil before you close. I asked if all the fluids were check. I was assured they were. The next day I went to Denver. I ran out of windshield wiper fluid. I went to checkers auto supply and put a whole gallon in my windshield fluid container. The fluid was completely emptied. This was a sure guarantee that the windshield fluid was not checked. I noticed on the receipt it said a $1.00 was charged to fill it up. I wander if that was a lie, was my oil even changed. I guess that is one of those buyer be ware deals. I have used your company for a long time. I can say I no longer can trust what your employees tell me, or the honesty of your mechanics work ethics. Donald B. Britt

Usually have great service at big o on Fillmore. Not sure if they got new staff but my last visit was terrible. They sent me out with a flat spare and then forgot to order my tire so when I showed up to have it put on they didn't have it. Gentlemen that helped us this time I've not seen their before and his service isn't what I'm used to at this particular store.
