Nail in tire being fixed while on my lunch break. Was told it would be ready in under 30 minutes. Apparently, it was ready but no one bothered to tell me until I went and asked

Excellent customer service. They did not try to sell me anything not needed.

The mechanics repaired part of the issue with my suspension system. I had to take the care on a 1200 mile trip the next day and found that there were new issues that were either caused by the repair or were not caught. The mechanic should have heard the loud noises from the front end after the repair. However, the warranty on this was honored in another state as claimed and it appears as though finally this will be fixed.

The service was great and I am very happy with my new tires! Thank you!

The store is very busy, so it was good over all with that. They explained what was needed clearly.

Have almost always used Big O Tires for service tire service.This time service was rather slow, even with an appointment.Dropped it off waybefore appointment and it still took a really long time to get the work done.

I did not have a good experience here and don't really plan on returning. First of all, since I just came in for a rotation, it was around 3, I was told that they had too many snow tires to put on and I couldn't get it done until the next day and it had to be from 7:30-9am. I respect that business is good, but a warranty is a warranty and I felt that the staff was condescending. Secondly when I came in the next morning, the manager told me that I needed a tie rod end replaced and quoted me $315 including an alignment and told me that we were 5,000 away from needing new brakes. We were on the way to Pueblo and went in. They said the tie rod end was perfectly fine and it just needed allignment. Allignment checks are free which I feel I should have gotten at Fillmore first instead of just assuming it was a tie rod end. They also told us that we shouldn't wait at all on the brakes. That kind of customer service really makes me nervous.
