Big O Tires

Every time I have a flat tire these guys are quick and helpful. Even though my current tires are not from their store they always fix my flats for free. They are so nice and great.

We recently purchased 4 new tires. An associate encouraged me to get a tire protection plan. Not 4 days later I ran into a curb busting my tire. Due to that plan I only had to pay for labor. Thanks

Went there first just for tires. Now I try to use them as much as possible for all my auto repairs.

The same as what other waiting customers have told me. Friendly and problem free, but the best probably is that except once by a newer counter person, the honesty and refusal to do unnecessary jobs. Yes, I am somewhat picky after I was told by a new counter person that I needed a job done that I knew was not necessary and was told that A job I did need was something like $200.00 more than it really was. Therefore I am now picky on who is behind the counter depending upon what I want or need done. One person I know who was in business with several vehicles had once told me that even though there was a closer Big O, it was worth the extra few miles to get the extra friendliness along with the honesty that was never a question, not saying that the closer place might not have given the same honest evaluations, but just this place overall was a better place to be willing to travel to. Also, what brought me to this place was my first shop after I went to charged for a literal 10 min job I watched $13 more than I was told and then demanded 11cents from me so they lost me and now I am with this shop as that has never been an issue.

Have been super satisfied with the help that Alan has given me at this location, His attention to detail and his flexible and friendly style make it a pleasure to go there. All the employees here are polite and kind. Even the dudes in back. Always smiling and happy from what I can see. I work hospitality and know great customer service when I see it and these dudes rock. Just sayin. For the record they were truly kind as well to my daughter when she went in. She had some issues and they were able to help her out big time.

Had to have a tire fixed. Alan checked me in & Scott kept me up to date on when my car was going in & what was wrong. It was a long wait, but I don't mind it as they are always friendly & helpful here!

they have perfect timing, had to pick wife @ work(lincare) was done in plenty of time.

Worked with mike and he was very knowledgeable with what needed to happen and explained the price with no hidden fees.

As always, Big O got me the tires I wanted in record time even though they had to order them. I have never been disappointed even once by this tire company over the last 25 years.

I have been coming to this BIG O location for many years. They worked on my old vehicle for a long time and I was happy to take in my new used car for an inspection, new rims I ordered through BIG O and an oil change. As always they were very friendly and capable of handling what I needed. Great guys!

I have used Big O for mostly tires for decades, but have used them for brakes and struts recently. Most recent visit was for replacement of starter.I had a third party do the diagnostic who I have used for auto electric issues in the past.This enabled me to get a quote, Big O saved me enough to more than pay for the diagnosis in the savings I got from the shop I typically used for "mechanical" as opposed to tire issues.I saved hundreds when comparing to dealer price.The car is a keeper, so I paid $20 extra for the higher quality part that has a lifetime warranty as opposed to a one year warranty. Had two issues, first I had to reset my radio's anti-theft code, I expected, only the owner has the code and they do have to disconnect the battery to install starter.Second issue was my "maintenance required light came on, probably due to loss of voltage.I'll drop by Big O and I'm sure that they can reset it.

Big O on FilmoreStreet in Colorado Springs is my "Go-To" auto repair facility. They treat me right and the quality of their work is superb. I am a very satisfied customer!

I have been using this Big O Tires location for almost 10 years. They have always done a great job and have always strived to keep me happy regardless of the circumstances. Good products and good service is what I always get. Keep it up.
