I've been using your services for years and am extremely satisfied! You guys do great work and stand behind your products and services.

I have been going to Big O Tires, this location for many years. My company has more than a few trucks and we use Big O for new tires and maintenance on the vehicles. We are very satisfied with their work.

The customer service is second to none. The prices, products and automotive service are the best in Colorado Springs! I will continue to recommend David and his staff to family and friends:-)

Quick, friendly service

Allan and the guys always remember me and do everything they can to make the experience as good as possible.

One, for all the reasons already specified, but mainly because of a consistency in the quality of the service personnel. During the times I have waited in the waiting room, I can verify that I am not the only customer who receives extensive good service starting with the counter staff. Then the service in the shop has always been consistently good. Good enough that I was once told by a retired business owner that although any Big O shop that the fleet was brought into was good, it was worth traveling to this particular Big O as it gave a more personalized relationship. Finally, I have been glad that I am still appreciated by not being forced to wear those atrocious masks as compared to Costco to where two employees chased me down for daring not wear my mask even though Costco was the first major retail store that the president of the company said that no one would be forced to wear a constraining mask that is a nuisance not only to wear, but makes one look like a bandit.

I had been in there on July 22, 2016 and had some work done. Then I had to go back in on AUG 1, 2016and ALLENwas the greatest. I had to get a radiator. mine was cracked.

Steve and the other counter guys were fantastic. Killian was my mechanic and he did a fantastic job. They always make sure that my car is taken care of and that it's done right.

David And Allen are the greatest people I no. They have smiling faces, sweet, and kind

They always treat me great and offer me discounts that are available without me asking about them.

Needed brake job and struts. Scott and crew jumped on it and got it done. What a difference in the car now! Good job,

I have returned to several big O locations over the last 10 years. I buy tires, have cars serviced and other needed maintenance. I call ahead and always ask specific questions and get well informed specific answers. The time needed for repairs and servicing is always completed timely and complete work with never experiencing many errors.

I have been using this store for over 25 years and will continue to do so.

Worked with Bronson who was extremely helpful. Dropped my vehicle off and shortly after, it was done! Very happy with this visit.
