My first visit here after I moved to the neighborhood and was impressed by the timeliness and professionalism. Will return for my future needs.

I didn’t have an appointment and they got me right in.fixed my car in less than a day.they fixed a bunch of smaller things like coolent,fluids,and other problems that had nothing to do with the brake job.my car runs like brand new!thank so much!

About 6 weeks ago I spent over $1,000 for a lot of new parts (suspension) for my 2009 Ford Focus. Recently the car had a knock in the left from shock. The mechanic, Joe Russo, determined that the sway bar (a part that I purchased six weeks ago) loosened; he tightened this component. Thanks for the quick service for my car. It now runs smoothly, and I expect it to stay that way as I drive carefully and I take very good care of vehicle. See you in about 3,500 miles when the car is due for an oil change.

I have been using this location for years. I have always had great service and customer experience. Whether I’ve waited for my vehicle or dropped it off I’ve never been disappointed. I believe that the ownership has played a huge part in modeling great customer service and attracting good employees.

Ian in particular was very helpful to me. (I didn't give them time to meet me at my car btw) He was very forthcoming, knowledgable, and personable. He made sure I knew what was going on with the service, offered advice when asked for, and was just pleasant to work with overall.

Dominique, the Big O associate who greeted me when I called, was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable as she ordered my tires and helped schedule my tire installation time.

I blew out a tire that morning. Came in after work to get new tires. I was planning on replacing my tires soon anyway. When I called in to check stock the woman on the phone was very polite and helpful. When I came in Ian (I believe) was friendly and helpful. As a woman I find that in situations like this we are at times talked down to or taken advantage of. This was not the case. Second trip to this location and will continue to bring my cars there!

No wait Prompt service posative attitude of service agent

Matt, was the gentleman working with me but the rest of the staff also made sure i was being helped as well. I really respect the customer service and other companies should use this type of service as a model. I'm actually going back today to make an appointment to complete an issue that Matt had pointed out. I actually cant afford it but Matt made a clear point about the safety concern, it was genuine and I will have it done> thank you.
