They were able to set up a appt for me within a couple hours of calling for a flat tire fix. They weren’t able to repair it, but had a replacement tire in stock and got it changed out right away. Great service and communication. I’ve been coming here for years and will keep coming back!

They did an awesome job changing out my wheels to a set of beautiful custom Vossen HF5's, swapped out the TPMS, filled with Nitrogen and balanced for a smooth ride. They also installed a couple of other accessories for me that I only paid labor for.

Ian and the crew at this big O were by far and away the best crew I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I blew a tire and they got me in and scheduled so fast it made my head spin. The work was perfect, and they offered me several things to improve my vehicle.

I just did the fall changeover to snow tires, and as usual, they did a great job. I have 4 cars to take care of, and they do all my snow tire changes. Don't try to drive in Colorado in the winter without good snow tires.

I decided to do my fall snow tire switchover. I have my snow tires mounted on separate wheels, so it's easy to change over from season to season. My tire pressure monitor system light came on my dashboard, so I had to return to get them to reset. It took only about 5 minutes for the service fellow to do it, and it's working fine now. Thanks again.

I needed an oil change. I called same day to see if they could fit me in for one. They said sure thing bring it up. I was gonna leave it up there. I live just a couple blocks away and was just gonna walk home. It was snowing and raining so they offered me a lift home. That was really nice. He had great customer service. Knowledgeable. I didn’t know much and he explained it to me. I appreciate the patience and I greatly appreciate the respect that was shown. I’ll be going again. Thank you so much for doing a great job.

It was time to switch over to snow tires again. I have my snow tires mounted on wheels, so it's easy to do the switch over. Big O always has great service, and this time was great, too.

This location of Big O has always went above and beyond to help us when ever we need to get our Fleet vehicles in for service. They make scheduling easy, drop off easy, dealing with Fleet vehicles easy... absolutely no complaints about this group.
