As soon as i called Gary at BigO tires West Covina i briefly explain to him my problem with my car. And his immediate response was , "When can you drop off your car to get it looked at". I appreciate the sense of urgency.

Excellent, fast and friendly service. This was my first time purchasing tires and having an alignment done with Big O. Will definitely return in the future.

This is the second time we needed to visit this location due to an emergency. We were visiting California when our truck started making a loud screeching noise (breaks). In our previous visit Gary went above and beyond to help us out on our Lexus that also ran into an emergency while on vacation. Once again during this vacation we ran into some trouble. My very first thought was to go to this location again, even though we were 20 miles away.. But the drive was worth it because I knew that Gary would make my truck all better! Highly recommend this location, very transparent in pricing and will not push you to get something you don't need. Gary Haskell will take care of you.
