Big O Tires

They put my dust cover on wrong half of it fell while driving it was dragging throwing sparks under my car in the freeway I went back it was dented all they did was straighten it out with a hammer guy still wanted to let me drive off without putting screws in it they got lost so he found extra screws and place them in because I told him I wouldn't leave without screws.

Let's just say I travel about 48 miles and pass about 3 other Big O's just to get the great service that I always receive!!Cesar has the best customer service! He was very knowledgeable of my services and answered all my questions. I really like that they have a play area for kids to enjoy as we wait.

I'm not satisfied with my break!! . I took back my car for second to re check my breaks and going on third time because my breaks still squeak it's worse .

Second visit at the West Covina location. Both times were helped by the assistant store manager. Great guy.

I went in for an oil change, I was told all levels if fluids are checked and tire preasure is checked, I had to go back the same day, fluids we're not checked and the day after that my light care on for low tire, so I went back to get my tires checked, I just moved to the area first and last time I will go there.

came for alignment and they did not do anything the firt time my truck was the same way it came in brougt it back 2nd day they work on it again I ask for print out was toll printer not working I asked to take a picture of the screen just to find out job was no done correctly and they told me was ok but the print out shows red instead of green like it suposse to very sad we have people like that

I bought Groupon for oil change and tire rotation but the store didn't do tire rotation. They said it is uncecessary because my rear tires are newer than front ones. I changed all 4 tires at once. I bought the coupon which included tire rotation but they neglected. I regret for wasting money and time at this store.
