I came in on a Saturday 2weeks ago to have my oil changed. What started off as a good experience ended badly. I had asked the Customer service person at the counter how much it would cost for oil change. He gave me the price and my next question was about how long it would be. He said about 1/2 an hour. I repeated 1/2 an hour back to him him and he said yes about 1/2 hour. So I said let's do it. He went over his General pitch and said he would rotate tires which I declined because I just had them done 2 weeks prior. Had said no problem. We went outside so he can take the info he needed then we walked back to the store and he asked if I was going to wait around or ???? I told him I would go next door and kill sometime. He said okay!. My invoice time in was 10:43. So I left and 30mins later came back. My car still hadn't been moved. So I figured a little late is okay. So I went into the stores lobby and hung out until they were done.. At 1:00pm my car was finished. I was upset to say the least. But I'm not a confrontational type person. I was extremely irritated because of the time factor. I would not have agreed to have my oil changed if it was going to take that long. I had to be back to get my wife at the Salon. Anyways...I asked the guy who checked me out how long I have been there. He replied..I don't know. I said, "sure I do..look at the invoice time on the top of the page!"� He looked at it and said yeah. I said to him it was supposed to take 30 mins. That's what the guy that checked me in said. He said no he didn't. I said, "Yes he did!"� he replied well, "We don't do 30 minute oil changes!"� I looked at him and said oh. Then he finished my transaction and I walked out. I know they do a 21point inspection that no one went over with me. Also I was watching the guy doing my car and he was taking his time. & kept looking at his watch. He was waiting for 1pm So He can go to lunch trying to prolong his work for what ever reason. I won't come back for oil or anything else. I'm extremely upset at how I was treated. The damage is done. I waited all that time for nothing But a oil change.

I am very glade that Costco was very busy during the holidays and switched to BIG O Tires as Larry their service rep really made me fill like a special customer and did an out standing job for me and I was delighted with all aspects of my tires and service.

Went in for an oil change and ended up with an oil leak. When my girlfriend took it back she got upsold a gasket replacement. Now we got fumes cominng in to the vehicle.

I took my car in for an alignment and tire rotation. The alignment seem like it didn't get done. I don't see no difference in my car other than it continues to get pulled to the right. I even took it on the freeway to test it and still the same. Very disappointed. Now I have to take the time to take it back to see what is going on. I went from American Tires to Big O Tires hoping for much better service and now I am running into the same issues.

Your Worker Brian was very courteous and made My time spent there very pleasant. If your prices for other services weren't so high I probably would be there getting other parts of my car fixed ALL THE TIME!! In fact that is my only complaint that you do not have ANY Special Discounts for The ELDERLY and DISABLED Drivers needing Repairs. We have only so much we can spend toward Repairing Our Car problems and it seems there are NO Repairs Services that EVER GIVE TOWARD HELPING THE ELDERLY IN ANY WAY!! If you would be one of THE FEW Who Tried to GIVE IN JUST SOME SMALL WAY IM SURE U WOULD HAVE MORE BUSINESS THEN U COULD HANDLE!! WHY DONT U TRY IT AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS!!!! But otherwise u have a fine store & customer service is EXCELLENT. Thank u, I will do my Very Best to come again and TELL OTHERS about you!!

When I called the store, Brian helped and explained me how the Buy Two tires, Get two tires free works (President Day Sale). He was very knowledgeable about everything, but I told him that I will call him back because I have to discuss it with my wife first. When I called back, I spoke with Cesar and he made the appointment for me. When I got to the store, Gary pulled out my information and helped me right away. The store was very clean and very presentable to customers. I was also treated very well. So thank you to the Three people on the store that made it very easy for me. This is what Customer Service is all about. Now you have my business!!!

Waited for over 3 hours to get my brakes done and it took longer because they didn't have the brake pads and where waiting to get the parts also my car brakes sound terrible

Gary was great in attending me. E went above and beyond in helping me he recommended a Uniroyal Tiger Paw and it's working out great. I had to drive from West Covina to San Diego when it was raining and the tires performed spectacular just as Gary said, and it's a smooth ride. I'm am extremely satisfied with the level of service and tires that I got.

The company ran an add, by 3 get one free., if you purchase the warranty. The manufacturer made the same offer. It wasn't a sale. When I questioned the sales associate, he gave me a Snake Oil response. "I can't sell them for that price without the warranty". The price point was higher without the warranty. Thw warranty wasn't needed, they came with a manufactures warranty. If you steal 90.00 from 100 customers, that is good profit. The sale associate's voice was calming and sincere, yet his practices were deceptive. When I started reading the sign, behind the cash registrar , they tried to move it and advised that they couldn't make adjustments, because my original sales associate had left. I emailed corporate and they never reached out. They also kept my spare, and when I went to reclaim it , no one could find it. I didn't fight. 6 months later, I have a flat and no spare. He also told me that I would have support, if I had a flat, as he sold me a protection plan. (That I did not want). Without the plan I couldn't buy the tires at the advertised cost or manufacturer costs. Lies... when I inquired about them keeping my spare, he said "why would we keep your spare"? He was sarcastic and rude. He asked me several times, "you tell me, why we would keep your spare tire"?. As if I was lying. He pulled my. receipt, and found that they had in fact, kept my spare. It was now his responsibility to tell me why. All I got was radio silence. From this point FORWARD, I WILL pay extra and buy from the dealer. Liars and deceptive practices disgust me. My attempts to buy American failed. I was swindled. I suspect many customers are, but they are made to feel like they are GETTING A Deal. . Read the signs and ask questions. Don't respond to the way you are made to feel, respond to the bottom line. They never made adjustments saw although they said they would.

Purchase trailer tires so they did not have a chance to great me at the truck It was a great experience everyone there was very courteous and worked as a team I'm very happy with the service I received

Long wait just for 2 cars there and charged a whole lot I could have gone to Valvoline for 10 min cheaper or another place off Valley I went last time took 10 min for 59.00 not 69.00 I was disappointed
