Great Service. I was attended to without waiting. The Service Manager said about 1 1/2 hours and they finished my car before the time appointed! They also had a waiting area with the TV on , coffee was available and a Clean Bathroom. I went the day before to ask questions and get Prices and I was treated very cordial. Gary answered all my questions and didnt rush. He had helpful suggestions and he helped me open a Credit card so I could get my 4 Brand new tires Now and pay them in full later!:)

The whole process was very simple from the appointment online, being contacted regarding the confirmation of my appointment to the service performed as soon as I arrived. Gary helped get my rebates by taking the time to call to assure I got my rebates. Due to his great service, I returned again to get my A/C recharged. He remembered me and he quickly tended to me.

The overall process to schedule the appointments was very clear and simple. I didnt have any issues. The day of the appointment we waited a few minutes, but employees were busy with other customers. Employees were very helpful and things went smoothly.
