We visited the store and bought 4 new tires, spent over $500, which was a great deal. However, the next day my wife was driving the truck and a sensor light came on saying her tire pressure was not correct. That was very strange because we had just visited the store the day before. We thought perhaps the technician had forgotten to reset something, but when my wife took her truck in the next day, it was almost as if we had never just completed, what for us is a big transaction. They explained that perhaps the battery in the sensor had gone out or something along those lines. My first impression was, you were putting new tires on this vehicle and you didn't take the time to see if the sensor battery was low or had gone out? They used an example that it's like a flashlight and the batteries go out when you least expect it. Our feeling is if we bring in the flashlight to replace the bulb, we would expect the technician to at least check the batteries and change them out if needed. You're right there, examining the area, why not go the extra inch and see! The person helping her left, and we believed was looking at the sensor, but never returned with any updates. My wife just got in her vehicle and left. We ended up spending less money, somewhere else, to have the problem fixed. A very bad experience that leads us to conclude we will never visit this store again, nor will we recommend the store to anyone else either. Treat your customers right and they'll keep coming back. Treat them badly and they won't. We have so many other choices and apparently, this store will not be one of them.

Did not let me know all info regard the alignment on the car. When ask about the camber, they said camber not adjustable on front wheel drive car, really! Should have let me know before. Also no print out copy of before & after of the adjustment done on the car.When ask for copy they can't print printer not working. At Sear Auto Center they give me print out copy of the adjustment before & after & what can't adjust automatically.

I just didn't like the fact my car had to sit there 7 1/2 hours for some lug nuts. Too long of a wait.

Brought my vehicle for the very time for oil change, waited three hours just for oil change and replace oil filter housing which cost me so much. Worst thing is when I got to my destination of about 15 miles i noticed underneath plastic/rubber cover end side is touching the ground, they didn't put back said cover really well, screws fell off along the way. Very worried so I need to bring back my vehicle first hour the following day. It wasn't a pleasant experience at all.

They did my lift kit on my Jeep and I went back a week later for my brakes. Again, quality service and great staff.

Only went for a oil change because of great coupon deal, and free tire rotation which wasn't done because of the ware on the front tires acording to service provider.

I arrived early, 7:30 AM, approached Gary (store manager) at the counter. Very pleasant, provided me necessary info, and decided right then that he had my business.

After the tires were installed on my mom's car we went to get in it and the driver's side area was all dirty. Seats, floorboards, etc. Had to go to the carwash and get it cleaned up. Then had to come back and get the $25 back it cost me to clean the grease off of the interior. All this after having to wait 2 hours to get the tires installed

Store manager seemed really bothered and had a bad attitude about me coming in for an alignment under warranty. That was really disappointing because he was a completely different person during the original sale 3 months ago.
