This has become by favorite Service Center. The team at this location is always friendly, professional, and I don't feel pressure as a customer. The facility is always clean, their coffee is always fresh and they always offer you at least a bottle of water. I will recommend this location to all of my family and friends as I have since they open! Keep up the good work, A Loyal Customer!

Wait was over 1 1/2 hr and a/c was broken. Wasn't offered a ride home until service ended they mentioned that next time they can take me home. Wish they would've offered in the beginning

Cesar was professional from the time I called through his delivery of my car. I called stores all around West Covina and found the customer service at many other shops rough, one person didn't know who Dunlop was and had to put me on hold to go ask! Big-O had great offers on various tire options for my vehicle, I chose the option that was right for me with no fuss or hassle, and they turned my car around fast! Good job Big-O!

I drive by this place all the time on my way to work. I needed an oil change on this particular day and was headed to a different service station, but decided to give this place a try since it was closer to my office. They offered me a better deal and fixed a couple additional things (rotate tires, checks filters, etc.).I have never been treated so nicely in ANY auto service station before. They offered to shuttle me to and from work while my car was being serviced. I'm very satisfied with their service.

The workers ain't to friendly and i wasnt offered any other service. I ask a commun question about how long i was supoost to change my oil and the guy respond that he didnt know and to check my owners manual.

On line appointment : NO USE In store appointment : NO USE The idea to make schedule appointment: NO USE We still have to wait 2:30 hours to get it done. This how it began : 31 May we came to the store / they told me 2 hours waiting time So we asked : if we make appointment for next week, can it be done faster ? They told me : it may be done faster with appointment IT WAS A BIG LIE! We we did make schedule appointment In store ( for April 7 @ 11:00 am) When we got home we go on line and make an on line appointment ( for April 07 @ 11:00 am) By the April 7th we came on time at 11:00 am for our appointment They told us waiting time 2 hours We told them : we have appointment at 11:00 am They told us every other customer also have appointment Which I knew it was a LIE Basically: there is NO appointment system / everything is based on first come first serve We got our car back by 1:30 pm 2:30 hours waiting time ( with proper schedule appointment both in store and on line system at 11:00 am) PLUS wasting time on the prior week as we did not want to wait for 2 hours We were punished for giving business and for come back again at the appointment time and waiting longer time for the service. We understand the store do not want to waste their time for no show customers. In return they rather wasting our time. If their time is soooooo valuable Our time is worth nothing for this store. Please remember: YOU ARE NOT the only one doing this business One month ago I made appointment at Pep Boys for new car battery. It was promptly attended and service was done in 30 minutes with appointment system schedule. Other similar business could honor people making appointment and showed up on time. But NOT this store!

Good friendly and knowledgeable service. Kept me informed all along the way , and reasonably priced and willing to work within my budget . Thank you Gary , Cesar and the guys in the shop . Will definitely be a return customer .

It took me three times to actually get my Power steering fixed. The first time my power steering was put in with missing bol The first time my power steering was put in with missing bolts, The second time I was told my serpentine belt needed to be changed so I replaced it, The third time I brought it back I had to tow it into the facility because my belts and power steering was broken. I also got my transmission leak fixed at your facility and it's still leaking I just wasn't able to take it back right away because I work a lot especially during your business hours. From my understanding there is a warranty on the labor however I do not expect anything in return just honest feedback for your business.
