This will be my 3rd visit in 3 days they cannot get my alignment correct and could not shut off tire pressure sensor light I was told there was something wrong with my truck all it needed was 10 more pounds of air I had to inflate the tires myself at home after purchasing A full set of tires For my truck

Fast and friendly service

I made an appointment for oil change and was there on time at 12 noon. They were busy and was told that there are about 4 people ahead of me so it will be two and a half hours wait. They are very courteous staff and I feel good going to this store. Well mannered staff. I had free coffee and donuts. I spend time shopping next door then came back just before 2 pm and my car was ready at exactly 2:15 pm I was able to go home and get ready to work at 3 pm. It was nerve wracking to cut it so close of being late for work. I think they could improve about the wait time to be shorter especially if I have an appointment made day before. But they did deliver their promise on time.

Gary assisted me with all my questions and concerns. i got 4 new tires and an alignment

The young lady that helped me I believe her name was Karla she was amazing great customer service with a smile. Gary was amazing as well I was low on windshield washer fluid and he filled that up for me, I went in for my second oil change and was in and out in no time. AMAZING SERVICE!!!!!

When in for a differential service on my 1999 Infinity. After leaving my vehicle there for some time, I was told they would be unable to do the work due to lack of expertise. I was not upset and appreciated Gerry's honesty. I have more vehicles that will need services in the future and will continue to bring them to Gerry

Worker on my vehicle was talking to others, not working on vehicle. One of the workers had to say something to the worker on my vehicle to stop talking and service my vehicle. Gary in the front office was great
