Amazing service!

Still having trouble on rear brakes since they were re-done. Even though i took it back in for speaking and locking, the problem still remains. Dont know if over tightened or? Never had locking problem before.

They left my hubcap ajar and I kept hearing noises for a few days until I figured out what was wrong. It's still too early to tell about the quality of the alignment.

I was not looking forward to having a wide run-flat tire repaired due to foreign object. Fortunately the object was only on the surface and not a through puncture, so no repair was necessary. I had called first and was invited to bring the car for immediate service. I knew the store was recently opened and was happy to see the cleanliness of the shop and equipment. Both front desk agent and serviceman were professional and willing to answer questions. Thank you,

Professional employees and friendly employees. The only thing I was not happy was that the oil change took longer than the amount of time I was told and that the sticker was incorrectly Done! I am going to have a difficult time remembering when to take my vehicle back for an oil change.

I'd like to thank Gary,Brian and Cesar for all there help in finding the right tires for my 2014 tundra,I've had them for a few days now and the ride is great, they don't have any grind or bounce like most other A/T tires do. I'd recommend Big O tires West Covina to anyone who needs tires.
