The service of the technician is very professional.

I brought my car in because the fuel pump had gone out. Gary was very up front with me about the cost, but also about my options since it was going to cost so much to repair. He walked me through what needed to happen, talked me through my options and helped me select the best option. I am beyond appreciative for how kind and calm he was while I was internally freaking out.

My only reason for the 4 stars was the waiting times. I got a oil change and tire rotation. Dropped off my car on a Saturday at 9:30am and it was read at 3:30pm. Way Way to long for an oil change. It was worse than the actual dealer. But then again the price was good. This was my 2nd time having an oil change done so I'll go back for a 3rd. lets see how it goes.

Very good experience

The service was great, however it took 5 hours to get new tires and a wheel alignment. I wasn't offered any compensation. An apology was giving, since I was told it would be ready at a different time 3 times. It went from 3-4 hours to 30-45 more minutes to another half an hour. Other than the long time frame,

As I stated before this has become one of my favorite locations for service on my car. The staff was very professional, I was kept up to date on every step of the process and they came in within my budget.
