Gary has always been so helpful! He acknowledged me right away because there was a guy he was helping out before me. He was very thorough and explained to me what was wrong and what needs to be done with my vehicle. The shop also have a fresh coffee and bottled water to offer customers. I don't want to throw "PEPBOYS" or other similar places under the bus, but those shop doesn't have what Big O' Tires has, to make their customer always feel welcome and honest opinions!

I came here in attempt to claim the warranty on some tires I had purchased at a car dealer. Initially, I was told that I had return to the dealer since I had purchased them there, but Gary the manager was there as I explained my tale and he took the time to hear me out and offered to call the manufacturer to see what he could do. After reviewing all my service documents and original receipt he said he'd take care of it. Wow! I was seriously impressed. I went in expecting to be denied just as the dealer had instead I had got complete service and an explanation. I had the tires replaced the next day. I can't recommend this location enough! Gary is a consumate professional. Now that my car warranty is up I intend to visit this location for my all my service needs even if it's a 13-mile drive. Thank you!

I went in to take care of a warranty issue with my tires. I didn't even purchase them there but they took care of me. Gary, the manager, did an excellent job. The entire staff was very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them!
