The store manager Mr. Gary Haskell was really helpful and he provided me with straight up answer on fair pricing. The store has a stock on the tires that I wanted and they replaced it right away. The staff were professionals and courtesy. I will definitely service my other vehicle here in the near future.

Gary was excellent. He was patient and answered all my questions and concerns. The tires arrived promptly. I was able to drop off my truck and received a call when it was ready. Big O Tires price couldn't be beat!

My car was towed in and Cesar helped me out with all my questions. I called ahead I forming him that my car was being towed. He was ready and available upon my arrival and provided great customer service. He informed me of all updates and associated repairs and costs. The service was great and I had my car back same day on a Saturday!

Great Service. I was attended to without waiting. The Service Manager said about 1 1/2 hours and they finished my car before the time appointed! They also had a waiting area with the TV on , coffee was available and a Clean Bathroom. I went the day before to ask questions and get Prices and I was treated very cordial. Gary answered all my questions and didnt rush. He had helpful suggestions and he helped me open a Credit card so I could get my 4 Brand new tires Now and pay them in full later!:)

Gary was amazing...went beyond my expectations....every thing I needed/requested Gary ensured that it was addressed. Big O Tires has employed a great manager instead of hiring "kids" that do not have the experience to provide excellent customer service/satisfaction (Americas Tires...across the street).

It was a pleasant experience and we live nearby. The location has a McDonald's nearby and convinient to wait while eating my breakfast.

Gary was extremely helpful, thorough and genuine. Couldn't ask for a better experience for it being a first time customer!
