I was not looking forward to having a wide run-flat tire repaired due to foreign object. Fortunately the object was only on the surface and not a through puncture, so no repair was necessary. I had called first and was invited to bring the car for immediate service. I knew the store was recently opened and was happy to see the cleanliness of the shop and equipment.
