Big O Tires

This will be my 3rd visit in 3 days they cannot get my alignment correct and could not shut off tire pressure sensor light I was told there was something wrong with my truck all it needed was 10 more pounds of air I had to inflate the tires myself at home after purchasing A full set of tires For my truck

Karla provided excellent customer service. Although the vehicle service was good, Karla is the reason Big O gets my business from now on.

Customer service was great and they actually had the tires that I wanted; that's always a plus at a tire store. I was able to make an appointment the next day, which was convenient for me and good because one of my tires got a "chip."

Staffs are knowledgeable and friendly. They don't pressure you to purchase anything.

This has become by favorite Service Center. The team at this location is always friendly, professional, and I don't feel pressure as a customer. The facility is always clean, their coffee is always fresh and they always offer you at least a bottle of water. Cesar was professional from the time I called through his delivery of my car. I called stores all around West Covina and found the customer service at many other shops rough, one person didn't know who Dunlop was and had to put me on hold to go ask! Big-O had great offers on various tire options for my vehicle, I chose the option that was right for me with no fuss or hassle, and they turned my car around fast! Good job Big-O!

Gary Haskell is always friendly and very professional at your West Covina location he deserves a raise. The office is always clean and organized, but I go there for the pricing it’s always reasonable.
