Let me start off by saying that the month of May was, essentially, hell for me and my car and this Big-O location and Gary, specifically, eased that a bit. I took my car in at the beginning of May to have the fuel pump replaced as my car wasn't starting and, having had a similar problem with a previous car, I knew the signs. However, after replacing the fuel pump, we were still having problems. The car was fine for a week and then, again, wouldn't start for anything. So I brought her back and Gary immediately apologized for us having to bring her back so soon after our previous visit. After that, it was two weeks of limbo as Gary and his team tried to figure out what was wrong with the car. Every time we thought we knew what it was, they'd fix it and then, after an hour or so of testing, it wouldn't start again despite having started just fine a minute or two previous. And every step of the way Gary kept me updated. He'd call me and let me know what they'd tried and what they thought it was. He was always upfront with me about whether it was worth it to continue to try to sort out the problem given that the car itself is older. He promised that the car itself was solid. This glitch was just that. A glitch. Finally, it all boiled down to the internal computer that needed to be replaced and when I heard that all I saw was dollar signs flashing in front of me. Instead, Gary quoted me a reasonable price and, with their financing option, I was able to afford to get the necessary work done. Now, my car, thus far, has been running beautifully and I couldn't be more thankful for Gary and his team for taking such good care of my car and of me. This was a stressful and anxiety inducing few weeks, but, thanks to Gary, I knew that we were in good hands. Thank you guys so much!

They really make you feel like a valued customer, the only place I bring my car to, they go above and beyond.

I drive by this place all the time on my way to work. I needed an oil change on this particular day and was headed to a different service station, but decided to give this place a try since it was closer to my office. They offered me a better deal and fixed a couple additional things (rotate tires, checks filters, etc.).I have never been treated so nicely in ANY auto service station before. They offered to shuttle me to and from work while my car was being serviced. I'm very satisfied with their service.
