I was in town to see the dentist for a series of work. I saw your sign offering a $27.99 oil change and thought "I need an oil change and have some time to kill so what the heck give it a shot."� I went in fully expecting to be "upsold"� and was pleasantly surprised that it was not the case. Even when I was checking out and was told my brake pads were at or near the point of replacement I was only informed about it and though I was given the opportunity to get the work done then - there was no pressure! Quite refreshing! I will be back.

I came into the store for a tire rotation and alignment check. After about 35 mins, Deyvi came up and showed me that I needed an alignment. He also informed me that my 6 months wheel alignment purchased has already been expired. I told him that I wasn't been able to come to the store due to unprecedented times and was wondering if I can use my expired wheel alignment today. He went ahead and ask Gary and without any questions, Gary just said go ahead and do it. To me, the phrase "Customer First" really applies to Big O Tires teams! Thank you very much.

I brought my car in because I'd had a flat on a front wheel of my tire and, after I'd filled the tired up again, it seemed fine, but I was worried. They were quick to answer all my questions on the phone and were upfront about the fact that, if it could be repaired they would do so and it would only cost me $20-30, however if it needed a new tire, it would cost more. I was hoping for the repair when I brought it in, but also knew it was likely I'd need to get at least one new tire. They were quick to take my car and were upfront that it might be an hour or two before they called me as they were rather busy. They called me exactly one hour later and explained that the tire was irreparable and they would need to replace it. They explained exactly what was wrong, how much it would cost and why it cost what it did and were willing to wait while I consulted my finances and my roommate over what to do. I called them back within 5-minutes giving them the go ahead. They said it may, again, take an hour or so as they were busy, but they would let me know as soon as my car was ready. I received a text message within 30-minutes that my car was complete. I went back and my car was good as new. I will still need to get 3 new tires to match the current new one, but they didn't try to push me into buying them that day. They understood and respected that it was already a stretch to afford just the one. They were kind, quick and knowledgeable. I will definitely be bringing my car back for other services.

This is my go to location for service on my both of my cars. The service has always been top notch and Gary has always taken care of me with professional, courteous and friendly.

I purchased a set of tires for my Toyota last month and this month got new Rims/Tires for my truck. They gave me a great price, did it fast and without any problems. Nice shop with the best equipment, balanced my new big M/T Tires perfectly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
