Big O Tires

I've been coming here for many years. I feel as a female I don't get taken advantage of. I have recommend Big O Tires to all my single girlfriends, it's a safe and honest place to go for car maintenance.

I’ve been taking my car for tires and other services to this Big O location. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Their pricing is reasonable and they honor any warranty for the work done.

Starts with the manager "John" and trickles down to the staff. The professionalism, integrity, quality of service etc. That is the reason I've continued to patronize the business for about 13 years, give or take...👍

Great place

John explained all that would be done and call me with an estimate, which he did. I had checked later in the day and the technician escorted me to my vehicle and explained exactly what he was doing and what needed to be done. The car was held over another day.

Employees were very polite and helpful. Offered me water. (It was a very hot day). They were quick and I was on my way within a half hour. I would highly recommend them.

Thank you Big O Tires for being open on Sunday and quickly fixing a screw in my tire. Big O Tires was my hero of the day!

I really appreciated the fact that they let me come out to look at what the repairs were that needed to be done instead of just explain it to me at the desk because I got a better visual of what needed to be done. That put me more at ease let me say that. And they were just so friendly and helpful.

Service was completed in a timely manner with clear communication about recommendations for future maintenance. Employees are not pushy with selling product, unless it is absolutely necessary; which I do appreciate.
