Just bought two tires. No problems.

Professional service, excellent product knowledge and the manager told me how long the job should take, and they finished about 10 minutes sooner. Overall a very good experience.

The service advisor (Stan?) was extremely professional and efficient. He listened to my concern and didn't make me feel inferior or uninformed. I will return to this location as he is the kind of gentleman I care to give my business to.

Both Brad and Mike at the front desk were extremely courteous, friendly and service oriented. This time I took my vehicle for a tire leak repair but it was not my first visit to this store. It’s for individuals like Mike and Brad that I keep returning to this store although it’s not the closest from my home in Menifee. Kudos to them for being the face of BigOTires. Thanks! I always go back to this Big O because they usually have availability, are transparent with their pricing as well as services. They recommend services that I had no idea existed but ones that my car absolutely needed. They are great with preventative care and alert me whenever I need a new filter, spark plugs, new gaskets, brake pads, rotors etc.
