I have some severe back problems of which the manager was aware. He made sure that I was able to get my service done quickly. He checked on the progress and reported to me and asked how I was doing. When service was completed he brought my car out and waited to make sure I was able to get to my care safely and held the door open till I could get in and the closed the door for me so I didn't have to reach to get the door.
