Excellent service, good pricing

We have used Big O for years, but this week Frank went above and beyond and encouraged others to do the same, so that our car met a minimum safety need. Our week was laid out like a bad country song, with everything that could possibly go wrong happening at the same time and being 10x worse than expected. Frank took a stressful time and showed not only professionalism, but compassion and patience that was needed much more than even we knew at the time. Thank you for being the one to help get us back on track (or should I say on the road?) and know that everything will be okay. We truly appreciate Frank and the team that worked Presidents Day weekend.

Brad helped me initially order a new trailer tire for my flatbed. Since it was just before the order cut-off time 11AM, he thought it might happen same day. Since it was a Friday and I had other chores to do I left. He notified me by cell about 4:30 and in light of awful traffic on Hwy 15 north I opted to pick the replacement Saturday afternoon. I did have an existing trailer tire remounted on a rim I brought that morning that took a little time and I guess Brad thought I was going to wait for the new tire and I had to ask if remount was ready before being told it was--thus my 4 rating on quality of service
