Great product selection at a great price. The manager was very professional and as we're the service technicians.

They left scratches and mar markings on each of my rims. Where the old weights were(for balance) they did not even attempt to clean. I had my damaged tire in the back of my vehicle and when the removed the tire from the back section of my Dodge Durango the scraped / marred the top of my bumper (looks like they did not try to lift it out just drug it). I was told my wait would be about 11/2 hours, I was there over 3 1/2 hours and never once did they advise me of any problems that would cause me to be delayed that long. I asked about any discount for military or AAA and did not receive any, the service adviser just gave me a funny look.

when i arrived the place was almost empty,but the tire installers to the alignment techs were very,very,very slow,took a very ,very long time.your alignment machine had a out of spec,and they said there was no adjustment for caster,so they checked my alignment 4 more times and each time there was a different result on the print-out some had camber and toe out of spec also.ive never had this problem with big-o before.the manager said the machine was serviced last year???time will tell i guess on the tire wear.check the history on my visit and youll see what i mean.

Ordered and set up appointment online with no problems. Received call to inform me my tires had arrived. They began my service on time and was completed in a timely manner.
