A very good experience. We will definitely return and recommend you to our friends. Please note that my husband's name is spelled Alan, not Alen. We loved the fact that you keep the doors closed to the workshop so that the tire smell does not come in. Most tire depots are very unpleasant to wait in because of the overpowering smell of rubber. Also, thanks for not having the TV blaring and for the good hot coffee. Thanks all round! And Derek was very helpful on the phone when I ordered, even though we never met.

The Big o tire’s representative provided great customer service and was very knowledgeable in regards to the service that my vehicle needed.

I had a tire blowout on the freeway. This store confirmed what the tow truck driver said - there were no mechanical issues or other damage and all my tires were bad. They changed and aligned my tires and got me on my way very quickly.

The employees were very helpful they didn’t have the tire I wanted but they looked and had a similar one with the same price tag which was amazing. The service was done quickly and I have no complaints about the place. Overall highly satisfied with the work done, the prices are awesome. Defiantly coming back if I need more tires.

First, scheduling was easy. Second, the employees were clear of what was to take place. The waiting area was clean and adequate seating. When I received my car, the tires looked great. However, the two tires that I kept on, were not filled with air to match the new tires. About 7psi difference. Not sure if it is procedure to do that.

Saul is very professional, prompt, courteous. He was informative and kept us posted on the progress.

Art & crew were stellar! Bought 4 Cooper tires, after 6000 miles & 6 months multiple cracks in 3 tire sidewalls were noticed. Brought my truck in & Art was very helpful in remedying the situation! Art, you have a customer for life! Thank you!
