Hey , I have to tell that Saxon is an excellent manager and he's knowledgable and always patient with me. A few months back, I waited for the control arms to be done with an alignment and then I called Saxon back the next day to tell him that the car was pulling to the right, he said come right over, he swapped the rear with the front tires and the problem was mostly gone, most likely it was one of those tires 2 yrs and 11 months okd with separation (on the tire protection plan) that Saxon had already pointed out the month before that had to be replaced, so that was the very last service with a new Sumitomo tire. Great job Saxon!

They got my tires installed and front end aligned in a timely manor. A week latter I had a problem. They took care of it at no charge.

Service was excellent, receptive staff communication when vehicle was dropped off was more than adequate.

I brought my wife's car in due to a weird sound from the area at the tailpipe.Come tofind out, the exhaust pipe had broken off at the flange on the muffler.They said they didn't have the equipment to fix it, but suggested a few nearby places.Also, I brought my truck in to have them check the brakes.They said they were noisy and were due for a pad change, but could wait at the next oil change

I have an 87 e250 Econoline Ford Van and whom ever you get the parts from sent the wrong ones or only half of them. I spent 8hrs waiting for brakes to be done. Shawn and the mechanic did everything to make me comfortable and informed.
