I realized there was an issue Friday afternoon. I got troubleshooting phone support and by Sunday needed to come in. On Monday we were able to go to work, come home and watch the RAIDERs win baby

I took my car in for alignment. I have a long term plan. It is great, especially after I take a long trip and drive down dirt roads. While there I watched the staff help several other customers including a young mother with her small child. They helped her get a new oil plug so her car would be safe and not leak after her oil change. They also advised her on needed maintenance so she could plan to have it done in the near future without any pressure to do it immediately. I also saw the staff help another customer find an alternative for buying new, less expensive, tires. I appreciate that kind of advice. It helps me trust the staff has customer best interests in mind.

No surprises. Cost was what we expected. Scheduling was easy. Friendly staff. They found another small problem during inspection and called us to ask if we wanted it fixed. Communicated the pricing for the additional service

I use them for managing my wheel alignments. We buy their 3 years of alignments for our cars. Each time the alignments are off we make an appointment and they fix it in 30 mins. Thanks for the prompt service each time.
