I have always gotten excellent service at Big O in San Clemente.

Close to home, got service quickly, employee knowledgeable and kept me informed. Also got a free flat repair on my front tire (it was the rears that were replaced).

Fixed a flat I got while on vacation there. Some of the best service I have ever had from a tire place. I am due for new tires soon and will probably go to Big O at home for them when the time comes.

I just want to thank you all for the incredible service and how kind you were to me! I am thankful that you were able to give me advice on my next steps in how to best take care of my car and what to do with it, and I also appreciated that you called my dad to update him as well(since I have a hard time understanding car information). Mark made my experience very quick and easy. He was honest about what needed to be fixed and what didn't. He also was very informative about how the tires wear, proper balance and alignment and the difference between the front and rear tires. He also showed me how to check them for replacement. I came only a couple hours before closing, but Mark did not act annoyed in any way and made sure that I would have my car back before the end of the day. They had my tires replaced in less than 2 hours, and the price was very fair. I was also given the option for a warranty covering any incidents (such as a nail in the tire, which is what brought me in to begin with) for a reasonable price. It's also very convenient that the tires are covered by any big-o facility. Thank you for making what started off as a horrible day, much better.

I took my van to be serviced knowing it was due for an oil change and check tire sensor was on. What I didn’t know was that it would need new coolant hoses, coolant and a motor mount. The Assistant manager Ryan was very kind and thorough explaining what his technician had found during his inspection.He asked if I had been smelling any increased odors from the engine as they discovered a leak in the coolant hoses. I was totally out of coolant and had noticed a smell the day before but didn’t think much of it. I am so grateful they caught the issues that needed attention potentially saving me and my family from breaking down on the road. They were able to get the work done that day and had all the parts available. Thank you to Ryan and his team at Big-O tires in San Clemente. We appreciate their good service and fair prices and will be back in 5,000 miles!
