Big O Tires

Terrible Terrible service! They ruined my tires, they did not take responsibility for the damage they did on my tire nuts, and charged me for a service (full price) for a service they did not finish (tire alignment). I was completely unsatisfied with the service and the employees!

Ron is a real pro, he knows his business well.

I was denied service at the store after being a customer for years with previous owners due to my complaint against the new ownership of the noise since I live in the property behind the shop, operating until 10 PM more than three times, and leaving the compressor running all night that all my neighbors have talked to me about it. Also, since they took over the business, they have raised the prices over 100%. If a business wants to be successful, they must respect the neighbors and cater to the neighborhood.

Every thing went smoothly

My experience at this store was sadly the most frustrating in any big o tires. I have been a customer for years but after disguisting excuse of useless customer service I despise this company. The store across the street were quick nice and mention that many customers go to them because of the useless, inept, good for nothing people working at that sad place.

Honesty on explaining warranty

Service (calibrating & programming ) was not completed because their scanner could not detect any of newly replaced TPMS sensors.

I needed Freon and advice about my car key fob. They were very efficient and helpful. The place is super clean and comfortable.

THE PROCESS WAS FAST

The staff that handled my request was very accommodating and patient. He, Eric, explained clearly how my purchase was going to go and how long the service will be. The mechanic took great care of my vehicle while placing it on the platform.

The ability to schedule the appointment online was convenient. The service provider was friendly and made the process of dropping off and picking up simple.

Found the right tires at the right price for my 2014 Ford F150 XLT.

Ron has excellent customer service. Definitely will be back again.
