I paid for tire disposal for four tires when I took two back. My keys were misplaced. I requested my two good tires be placed in the backseat; I had to return to retrieve them.

Easy to schedule an appointment and very easy to check in. Eric was very helpful and he kept me updated of my vehicle’s status.

I knew I had a problem from the beginning and went to Pep Boys for a second opinion and they said there wasn't a problem with the front end.So I went back to Big O tires and they repaired it but I still felt as though i was being jerked around just a little bit.They repaired it but I need to go back because the steering wheel needs to be a little more centered.

Price was amazing and the experience was great. The guy at the front seemed like he knew what he was doing, however at the end he didn't really know much and the initial issue of my vehicle was fixed with that service but he was saying I would need to come back in when I didn't . So I wasn't sure if it was a money grab

Big O said I needed about $500 in repairs on my front end,then I went to Pep Boys to repair my abs sensor and have them check my front end to get a second opinion and they said I don't have a problem with the front end. Who do I believe? Someone is lieing to me .Who is the incompetent one? Is someone trying to squeeze money out of me? Or does someone not know what they are doing? I continue to investigate.
