Thank you so much to all the staff and the Owner. They all were absolutely kind and helpful when my van battery died at the bowling alley.Jace came over and tried to jump start it with no luck. Then the service manger came and helped get it over to the store. The owner came out and was very helpful and got me a battery without breaking the bank.

I had a simple tire rotation scheduled and my experience was great. The rotation took less time than I expected and the person who serviced my vehicle was a super guy. Very engaging and funny. I don't recall his name but he said he'd worked at Big O for 20 years. Give that man a promotion!

These guys in Poway are great! I had 45 min before my apptto donateblood about two miles away. I needed a battery. they got it done with 20 min to spare. I am a customer for life.

The service from the team they went out of their way to get my tire repaired quickly so I didn’t have to call Uber to go home or wait for a long time I was extremely moved by this act of kindness

Called at the last minute for new brake pads. They manager got me in and delivered my car on time, no waiting! A very prompt and courteous team. We moved to the San Diego area in November from Phoenix where we worked with an amazing Big O team there. It is good to see that the Big O culture that we grown accustom to travels across state lines.

Started going here because my Escondido Big O Tire store didnt renew their franchise fee. I have been here twice and the staff is great courteous and informed. No complaints and they go out of their way to let you know whats going on
