Big O Tires

I hate that I forgot the gentlemen's name who helped me. But he was a great help. I went in for one tire replacement and he was honest with me and let me know that another tire would need to be replaced in the near future but didnt pressure me to make that change that day. I went ahead and got it done to avoid any issues and he went over all my options with me and allowed me to make the best choice for myself. I will definitely come back here in the future and recommend this place to anyone.

I brought my car to Big O after my son had his car repaired here. He suggested I do the same and I was very pleased. David, the owner was pleasant and understood my repair needs and gave me a fair price for extensive service. Service was efficient and David kept me updated on repairs, cost and about when my car would be ready for me. My car runs great now and no more squeal!

Fast service and cheaper than others were asking. Only complaint is that they removed a fancy tire valve cap I had and replaced it with a cheap black plastic one. Did not notice until I got home.

Very friendly and professional

I've been going to this shop for years and they've always treated me fair, however this last visit was noticeably different in a good way. The shop is under new management and boy does it show. The store manager greeted me with a smile and a handshake, he seemed genuinely happy to invite me into the shop and help me before he knew what've was there for. I have a 3 year alignment policy that was purchased from a different store. My car was re aligned without any problems and I was in and out in 30 minutes. I have to say, I will be going back to Big O for my regular scheduled maintenance. This shop is fast, friendly and knowledgeable, I couldn't be happier.

Everything was easy and went smoothly

We were two hours from home, just staring our vacation weekend, when I noticed a hissing coming from my tire. Sure enough a long nail had become embedded and I was on my way to a flat tire. We stopped at an auto shop that sent us to a competitor of BIG O. I stood in line for 6 minutes and no one said a word so I left. I found. BIG O just down the street and we were back on the road within the hour! Kevin was awesome in getting us right in and right out. He truly saved the weekend!
